The half-day format minimizes impacts on program and staffing schedules and is offered at an affordable price. Students attending will be awarded 0.4 CEUs.
Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt
The Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course is a foundational learning program designed to provide essential core competencies for managing processes. It is also the first of the three Advanced Yellow Belt courses which are prerequisites to enrolling in the highly acclaimed ets Green Belt Certification program. Students attending will be awarded 0.7 CEUs.
Lean Six Sigma DMAIC
The DMAIC course is designed to provide participants with the essential logic concepts and problem-solving tools to systematically analyze and improve any process. Emphasis is placed on the 5 DMAIC steps, the 33 roadmap checkpoints, and the application of the appropriate analytical tools for each step and situation. This course is the second of the three Advanced Yellow Belt courses which are prerequisites to enrolling in the highly acclaimed ets Green Belt Certification program. Students attending will be awarded 0.7 CEUs.
Project Management for Lean Six Sigma
This course is designed to ensure project teams have the skills necessary to develop and effectively implement countermeasures to eliminate root causes discovered when applying the DMAIC methodology. Emphasis is placed on risk analysis, action plans, and determining project Return on Investment. Participants are also taught how to documents results, standardize improvements, and identify opportunities for continuous process improvement. Students attending will be awarded 0.7 CEUs.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
The Green Belt Certification program is designed to develop expertise with Lean Six Sigma through the direct application of tools and techniques on a strategic organizational issue. Participant teams are facilitated through process improvement by etsMaster Black Belts during the 5-day program in which they apply knowledge gained in the Advanced Yellow Belt series and additional tools learned for their specific project. The ets Green Belt program is among the most successful in the nation in terms of satisfaction, certification rate, and Return on Investment. Students attending will be awarded 7.6 CEUs.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt
The ets Lean Six Sigma Black Belt program is designed to develop the in-house expertise organizations need to guide and support the performance improvement process. Emphasis is placed on leadership processes including Organizational Assessments, Key Performance Indicators, Strategic Planning, Work Systems, and advanced Lean Six Sigma statistical tools. Black Belt candidates are expected to demonstrate competency through the application of knowledge to a strategic priority from their organizations. Students attending will be awarded 16.2 CEUs.
Executive Belt
The purpose of the Lean Six Sigma Executive Belt Program is to prepare leaders for the implementation of organization-wide Lean Six Sigma and provide the tools necessary to maximize and sustain its benefits. A specific focus of the program is to develop strategies and prioritize projects for significant improvement. Also covered is the leader’s role in ensuring Lean Six Sigma applications are successful and lead to desired culture change. Students attending will be awarded 0.8 CEUs.
