With over 30 years of experience as a consultant and executive, Maria leads the firm’s financial, legal, and administrative operations, ensuring the delivery of high-impact web-based solutions to organizations worldwide.
A Proven Entrepreneurial Leader
Before founding ets, Maria established herself as a leader in the performance improvement space. As the co-founder and managing partner of Competitive Technologies (CTi), she built a highly successful consulting business that was eventually acquired by CBIZ, the seventh-largest accounting firm in the U.S. This acquisition stands as a testament to her ability to build organizations with a reputation for elite client success.
Deep Industrial & Global Expertise
Maria’s leadership is informed by a diverse background spanning engineering, international trade, and public utilities:
- Operational Excellence: Extensive engineering and operational experience with major public utilities, including Duke Power Company and Florida Power & Light.
- International Strategy: Managed international marketing and trade law agreements for the Latin American markets while in the International Division of Plastics at Dow Chemical Company.
